What is included?

incorporation packages include unlimited face-to-face time with a corporate lawyer to discuss your options for properly structuring your business. We will meet you in our offices or via teleconference and answer your questions until you are satisfied.

Articles of Incorporation

We will prepare your custom Articles of Incorporation, with as many Common, Special and Preferred Share classes as needed

Resolutions

We will prepare your initial Directors’ and Shareholders’ Resolutions, including the election of directors and officers, and the issuance of shares

Bylaws

We will prepare your corporate by-laws which outline the powers and obligations of directors and officers;

Registries

We will prepare your Directors, Officers, and Shareholder Directories

Optional items

We will order a Minute Book 'at cost' from ESC Corporate Services and organize all sections therein

NUANS Name Searches

Named corporate entities in English, French or both

Professional College Applications

We can assist with your application to the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Law Society of Ontario, or any other professional regulatory body (additional fees apply)
